well here we are at week 30. we had an appointment yesterday and all is well. peanut continues to grow well, and i'm still feeling pretty good, too, but getting slower each week. (our 15 minute walk to the clinic is now more than 20!; )) the doctor did say that peanut is in the breech position right now. it isn't a problem yet, as she has lots of time to turn around. the doctor gave me an exercise to do that inverts my uterus and gives her a bit more room for moving. i read about this in a book of mine and we do it most days in our prenatal yoga class. i'll have to do it on the non yoga days too. i have had some practise contractions, which feel more like cramping than what i expect full out labour contractions to feel like. i have been trying to rest when it happens, as relaxing seems to help. there are no new photos of the babe to share. the ultrasound was brief and just for checking and measuring. maybe next time.

Precious LB. The fun you're having with practice contractions and more to come I'm sure. It's great you're taking them in stride. That red shirt is stretching, you can see the tag on the side!! Haha! You'll have to keep those labels for baby 2. I wish I had done that. It's neat to see how Peanut has grown. Enjoy your beautiful body.
aawww....thanks rachel! yeah the red shirt surely is stretching!
