i'm still alive!

.....just incase you were wondering......

i can't believe i let my blog get over the 6 month mark before posting again! i hope you check it and that i will be posting more often this year.

the last time i posted was the end of september. i updated most of you in the letters i sent at christmas so i won't go into details about the fall but here are a few photos:

korea has some of the most beautiful fall colors. here is a not so great photo of my favorite.....but you get the idea.

in november teddy and i went to a lantern festival in the center of seoul. here are a few photos

there were so many people that we didn't dare go down to the canal for a closer look!

i stayed in korea for christmas and we ordered a turkey (99$ for a 4-5kg one!!!) and had friends in for dinner. this was my christmas tree:

the following photo is the spread of food we enjoyed. the turkey was ordered and delivered cooked and then everyone who came brought a side dish.....kind of potluck style. it was delicious.

stay tuned for more updates. teddy and i went to visit his family in mississippi, back in february, and had a great time. it included a resort trip to disney world! with amy! i will post some pictures soon.....
