some photos from home.....
i only have a few photos from my trip home. there are gaps in the activity that ensued from the moment i got there, but here are a few of the high-lights....
this was on canada day. we are out having brunch, in saint john.
just look at that face!! isn't she just the cutest thing you have ever seen??!
and sometimes tired too!
on my first camping trip around southwest nova scotia, amy and i visited 10 beaches in 24 hours! this has got to be the best beach i have been to. it's called carter's beach. it is actually 3 crescents together and hardly a person in sight. the water is crystal clear and there are live sand dollars moving about in the water! it is so beautiful!
this is another of the crescents taken from where you park. there is a path over those rocks and i only wish we'd had more time to spend there.
here we are at our campsite, in rissers park, cooking up a gourmet breakfast of sauteed asparagus and mushrooms, fried potatoes and bbqed haddock! it was so yummy!
this is a photo from the wedding amy and i helped her friends plan. the bride, karla, is a good friend from mexico and the groom, adam, is amy's best friend's brother. it was a wonderful wedding and we had lots of fun helping them plan for their special day.
and sometimes tired too!
mallory always has a smile for us. she is such a pleasant girl.
