december already

well.....well.....well.......

here is it........december. seems like not too long ago i started my 52 week countdown to be finished at this crazy school i work at. now a few new teachers, headaches and many dunkin donut coffees later......i have only about 12 or 13 weeks to go! this includes my week and a half off for the christmas break and a 5 day weekend for the lunar new year.

speaking of the christmas break......i'll be spending my holidays on a beach somewhere in malaysia. details haven't been planned yet, but i leave on the 23rd, spend that night in kuala lumpur and hopefully the rest at a beach 'till we have to be outta there on new year's eve. if any of you out there have been to malaysia and have any suggestions of where this beach is that i should be spending my christmas week---let me know.

i'm not too sure what i'll be doing next year. i really wanted a university job, but i didn't get the position i interviewed for last week and haven't heard from any others for an interview. i'm tired of teaching in the hagwon system and need a change. not too sure what that'll be right now. hopefully i get a really great idea soon.
