our little girl turns a year old!

after returning to nova scotia, lilyanna and i had less than a week before we headed back to mississippi. before we left we had a pre-birthday celebration with my family. it was fun.

 

 her first cup cake. not overly impressed. ok by me! ;)

 this was taken after we got to mississippi. one of lilyanna's favorite things to do is go for a walk to see the ducks. there is a pond at the back entrance to the subdivision and it even has geese in the winter!

 another favorite thing to do is pick flowers with mimi and papa.

then it was onto celebrating lilyanna's first birthday on the 26th. i posted about it that day and you can read it here if you haven't already.
