sitting and standing.....
last week lilyanna started to sit alone. she can do it for a few minutes, but hasn't yet mastered the skill of preventing herself from falling over. here she is giving it a go:
sitting has become her favorite position in the bath. we will be getting rid of the recliner soon.....but not just yet. 
sitting has become her favorite position in the bath. we will be getting rid of the recliner soon.....but not just yet. she only likes to sit so she can chew on the edge of the tub! then when she's done with that she forgets that she may fall over into the water. i'm always there to catch her, of course!

and her most favorite position is standing. she is quite happy to stand and suck her thumb, watch mommy in the kitchen, look out the window, watch tv.....or do noting but stand. here she is standing holding onto mommy's chair.

What kind of TV program is Lylianna watch.Hope it isn't like as Harrison watches his dad play the bad game.
Wow!Lilyanna try to stand up and sit by herself.And she try to bite the bathtub too.Is she alright behind her right ear?
lilyanna likes baby einstein videos about animals, seasons, first words....that kind of thing. she also likes to pull on her ears and sometimes she scratches herself.
lilyanna can stand by herself for a second or two if she's holding something. but we have to have our hands very close to her because she doesn't remember that she will fall when she lets go!
